Services We Offer
Comprehensive Eye Exams
A thorough evaluation of your vision and overall eye health, utilizing advanced technology such as the Eidon Ultra-Wide Field Camera, which often allows for detailed retinal imaging without the need for dilation. These exams assess visual acuity, eye alignment, and internal eye health while screening for conditions like glaucoma and macular degeneration.
Dry Eye Disease Management - Our dry eye evaluations are designed to identify and manage the underlying causes of ocular surface disease. Diagnostic testing, including meibography, is used to assess meibomian gland structure and function. Treatment options may include OptiLight IPL therapy to reduce periocular inflammation and improve meibomian gland performance, as well as advanced interventions such as amniotic membrane therapy to promote ocular surface healing and punctal plugs to improve tear retention. Care is individualized based on disease severity and patient response.
Contact Lens Exams - Our contact lens exams are tailored to ensure optimal vision, comfort, and eye health. We evaluate ocular health, corneal measurements, and visual needs to fit soft contact lenses, including multifocal lenses for presbyopia and toric lenses for astigmatism, selecting options that best support your vision and lifestyle.
Specialty Contact Lens Exams -Customized contact lens solutions for patients with complex vision needs, including conditions such as keratoconus, post–corneal transplant eyes, irregular corneas, and other hard-to-fit prescriptions. These advanced lenses—such as scleral and custom-designed contacts—are tailored to improve vision, comfort, and overall eye health.
Urgent & Medical Eye Care
We provide same-day evaluation and management of acute ocular conditions, including red or painful eyes, corneal abrasions, foreign bodies, and eye injuries.
Pediatric Eye Exams
Our pediatric eye exams are designed to monitor visual development and ocular health from an early age. We assess visual acuity, eye alignment, focusing ability, and binocular vision to detect conditions such as amblyopia, strabismus, and refractive errors, supporting healthy vision throughout childhood.
Diabetic Eye Exams & Retinal Co-Management
We provide annual diabetic eye exams to monitor ocular health and detect early signs of diabetic eye disease. As diabetic retinopathy remains the leading cause of preventable blindness in the United States, timely evaluation is critical.
Curated Eyewear Selection
We have experienced opticians who give expert fitting and style guidance as part of your visit.
Conditions We Treat
Dry Eye Disease
Dry eye disease is a chronic condition affecting the tear film and ocular surface. It occurs when the eyes do not produce enough tears or when tears evaporate too quickly, often due to meibomian gland dysfunction (MGD), inflammation, hormonal changes, aging, or prolonged screen time. Common symptoms include burning, stinging, fluctuating or blurred vision, redness, excessive tearing, and light sensitivity.
Glaucoma
Glaucoma is a group of eye diseases that damage the optic nerve and is often associated with increased intraocular pressure. It is one of the leading causes of irreversible blindness worldwide and typically progresses slowly without early symptoms, first affecting peripheral vision.
Macular Degeneration
Age-related macular degeneration (AMD) affects the macula, the central portion of the retina responsible for sharp, detailed vision used for reading and recognizing faces. Dry AMD involves gradual thinning of macular tissue, while wet AMD involves abnormal blood vessel growth beneath the retina.
Diabetic Retinopathy
Diabetic retinopathy occurs when chronically elevated blood sugar damages the small blood vessels in the retina. This damage can cause leakage, swelling, bleeding, and in advanced stages, retinal scarring. It is a leading cause of vision loss in adults with Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes.
Cataracts
A cataract develops when the natural lens of the eye becomes cloudy due to changes in lens proteins. Cataracts are most commonly age-related but can also result from trauma, steroid use, or systemic disease. Symptoms often include blurred vision, glare sensitivity, faded colors, and difficulty seeing at night.
Keratoconus
Keratoconus is a progressive thinning and outward bulging of the cornea into a cone-like shape, creating irregular curvature and distorted vision. It often begins in adolescence or early adulthood and may continue to progress over time.
Blepharitis
Blepharitis is chronic inflammation of the eyelid margins and is commonly associated with bacterial overgrowth or dysfunction of the oil glands in the eyelids. Symptoms may include redness, irritation, crusting along the lashes, and fluctuating vision.
Retinal Tears and Retinal Detachment
A retinal tear occurs when the retina develops a break, often due to changes in the vitreous gel inside the eye. If fluid passes through the tear, it can lead to retinal detachment, a serious condition where the retina separates from the back of the eye. Symptoms may include sudden flashes of light, new floaters, or a shadow or curtain effect in vision.
